    Eggs Benedict

    I would give my right arm for eggs benedict right now I woke up at 3:30, craving it like CRAZY! Like, my stomach hurts because I want it so badly I don't know what is wrong with me

    I'm so mad, too, because tomorrow I have both kids and no car, so I can't even go out to breakfast to get any, and I don't have the stuff to make it I wish somewhere around here did breakfast delivery

    I get cravings for pancakes like that once in a while. I can go a YEAR without a damn pancake, but when it hits I HAVE to have one and the craving won't go away until I do.

    Chocolate works that way for me too. Only I don't go a year without it.

    If I can figure out how to make hollandaise sauce (assuming I have the right stuff and I *think* its just egg yolk and butter, isn't it??) I could sorta fudge something kinda similar to eggs benedict, as I have eggs, and some sliced ham - no english muffins, but I could put it on hash browns maybe, or toast?? I have to figure something out Seriously
