Spaghetti and meatballs.

Mixed baby greens with "steak" strips, marinated mushrooms, feta chunks, olives, sun dried tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pearl onions in balsamic vinegar and a few dolmas each. Yes, I raced through the grocery store olive bar on the way home!

I have to ask, when you pan fry potatoes, do you par boil them or fry them right from raw. And how long does it take??? Do you use lots of Olive Oil or butter?

Yeah, I cut them into chunks first and then parboil them, usually about 10 minutes or so, just until they're fork tender. I use a bit of both, oil and butter. The butter seems to help them crisp up a bit.
