    OK, Niobe, so I asked a Mexican friend of mine to light a candle to Our Lady of Guadalupe for you (hey, anything for a friend!). It turned out, my friend is a Mexican pagan. So he offered prayers to Tonantzin, the Earth Mother, Lady of the Serpents (or something like that) for your well being.

    I sure hope that helped bring the power back to your neihgborhood! Cause I had images of you lying in your courtyard, in the arms of your husband, as your children ran in . . . oh, wait, that was another Niobe . . .
