    Weekly Meal Plans!

Post your weekly meal plans here!

Maybe we can inspire each other to try new things and be better planners:).
"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away." — Henry David Thoreau

We're vegheads who we often eat convenience foods such as Boca burgers, boca "chicken",, "sausages- lots of different brands of vegetable/soy protein. The patties and wings etc are fake-chicken, so I've gotten in the habit of calling it ficken.

    My First Meal Plan!!

Friday: Cabbage Rolls with bread and butter
Saturday: Salmon Patties, English Peas and Applesauce
Sunday:Skinny Soup (use the rest of the cabbage) and cornbread
Monday: Pork Chops and sweet potatoes
Tuesday: Beef Stew with yeast rolls
    Wednesday: Luby's

Really, I'm sure that I'll do leftovers every other night as the Hub probably won't eat with us (he's on the cereal diet : ). It's also possible that Sunday we'll eat at my moms, but it's a weekly menu none the less!! And all the ingredients are sitting in their respective places waiting to be put to use!!

I'm as giddy as a virgin on Prom Night!
