The wellness program I want the most is being able to stay well enough away from work outside of working hours
Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don't recognize them.

I do have a fantastic health plan, I would take a cut in pay to keep it, if it came to that, the 403b has a great match as well. I don't go out of my way to participate in any wellness perks though, I don't care about that stuff. ( Ours are pretty much contests for prizes, I don't want to be weighed and measured at work! )

I also have an excellent health plan that I definitely consider part of my compensation. If I was the type that was paid for vacation (which I sort of am) I would consider an extra week of vacation as compensation if a raise wasn't possible (and I felt I needed extra compensation).

At this point in my life I'd take benefits. Mine are not so great. I'm lucky in that I have DH's insurance as secondary so I rarely pay for anything medical. I also make pretty good $$$ so I can save more than what my employer contributes to my retirement.

I'm poorly paid and get no benefits, so I'm pretty open to improvement.

Dh's health insurance gets more and more expensive for us, and pays for less and less, and anything else he gets as benefits, we pay taxes on.

I will say that the awesome and very cheap food at dd's workplace is an incredible benefit, to the point where lots of families go in and have lunch with the employees.

I love our plan. We get one free visit AT WORK at no cost. You can check every blood test on the sheet if you want. You also get a flu shot. I had laser surgery on both eyes this summer which also entailed several office visits, and it ended up costing me $0.00 out of pocket. As a single employee, it costs me NOTHING. If you have a family on it, though, they deduct for that.

I get paid well and my Company has very generous benefits so I really would feel guilty asking for much more!

My Company is on the Forbes list of best companies to work for. I am fortunate to have been employed here for nearly 30 years (!!)

Pay raise. It's awful how the price of healthcare has skyrocketed to the point that people are willing to give up so much to keep an overpriced service that covers less and less.
