Alice in Wonderland tea party ideas

I have been asked to coordinate an afternoon tea for my son's class next Friday. Next week is their big standardized testing week before they move on to secondary school, so it's their reward for all of the work they have done this year to prepare.

It is going to be an Alice in Wonderland theme. Any suggestions for food, decorating, or activities? I am making some playing card cupcakes and some Drink Me tags, but I need to give ideas to the other parents who are helping out. The kids are 10-11 years old.

OMG I might have to be the overachiever.

And I love the croquet idea but I don't know if I can get plastic flamingos over here.

I need to find some large gummy rings or something else I can use as a substitute. I'll have to go to the American candy store tomorrow to see what I can find. i am always the one who shows up to the bake sale with cupcakes covered in marshmallows and edible glitter and candy, so this is right up my alley.
