I have lactose intolerance but I love milk so I just don't drink a ton and just deal with the consequences. I use almond milk in my protein shakes now a days because it has less calories than cows milk. I can't drink it by itself though.
Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don't recognize them.

and I have to say that I found it to be pretty disturbing. It has definitely stuck with me.

I'm not sure it will cause me to become a vegan or anything- but ugh. It's easier not to think about it. Which makes me feel awful.
I take it this is the "milk is rape" viewpoint?

I had never heard of that, so I clicked on the link. Yep. And dairy farmers are into bestiality. Oh, and milk cows are "sexually exploited and emotionally exhausted". Holy anthropomorphism Batman. Not that there aren't problems with factory farming and ranching methods. Let's stick to facts, though.

I found the video disturbing and it does me no harm to acknowledge that we humans don't always have the best interest of animals in mind in pursuit of our milk , cheese and burgers.
