Sars that all sounds like a nightmare
I'm finding while i *can* multitask...it takes a lot more out of me than it used to.
This Maeve's favourite toy from her birthday. It's helped hand eye coordination too. :)
Moving right along....
It's actually been a pretty productive day around here - got a good bit of cleaning done. However, when I decided to switch gears and get some writing work done, I also made the mistake of getting the girls started painting, thinking that would keep them busy while I worked (DH was still cleaning stuff for me). Nope. They have needed me every three seconds. I'll work after they're in bed.
Got asked to work today, with an hour notice. Oh the joy of being a casual employee! .
Had a shepherd mix with mouthy issues clamp his teeth on my arm . Then had a rotti mix steal a small stuffed animal out of a dirty laundry basket as we walked past and swallow it when I said "drop it" . Off to the clinic!
All in all, a typically silly day at the shelter. Still way more fun than my old desk job.

Dh has been studying all day. All weekend, in fact. I got him to stop long enough to go to lunch with me for an hour, and then help me in the yard for about 15 minutes with some heavy stuff I couldn't move by myself. Other than that, on the sofa with a binder and a notebook.
