    I got $10-something for my personal account, but I just checked the "family" account that I use for nearly all of the e-book purchases and it's $104-something. Fun!

    I haven't seen anything from Apple, though. And I have bought quite a bit through ibooks (I actually like that platform better than the kindle, but they are always more expensive.)
