I used ours a ton but now that I am cooking less and kinda gave up rice and pasta I noticed I hardly use it anymore

How did your stuff turn out Mare?

I haven't used mine all summer but I am excited to start using it again this fall and am hoping some of you who do use it will continue to share recipes and success/failures.

It turned out great! The browning feature takes too long, so the second time I just browned the meat on the stove. Pot roast in a little over an hour. Can't beat that.

I have to instant pots and I hate when it seems like it is taking forever for the pot to get to the pressure level needed. A few times I waited so long and come to find out the seal wasn’t secure, i don’t know how you can mess up the seal but I had to reseat it to get it to pressure
