I was never going to be a reality TV fan - I watched for about 10 minutes and then got sick of it.

That was the first taste of reality tv that I can remember. It was awesome
I was on my honeymoon that day and thus occupied elsewhere.

I wanted to change the channel and DW kept wanting to watch it...."How long can we watch some Bronco driving around LA?"

I was driving home from work just as the verdict was coming in. I circled the block a couple times to hear it on the radio.

People understood glove sizes better than DNA back then...

I remember when OJ won the Heisman Trophy (Then the Buckeyes beat USC to win the National Championship..)

He did it. And he confessed.

The chapter on the murders didn't go into detail about how he killed them, but the conversation leading up to the killings and what each of them did and said, yeah, it was in that chapter. He remembers taking the knife from "Charlie" and then he doesn't remember anything until he was standing there, covered in blood, and Nicole and Ron were dead.

I still cannot believe that he was acquitted with so much evidence against him. Motherfucker.

I'm so glad the Goldman family was able to get the rights to this book to satisfy the civil judgment in part, and to let the world know that he was the killer, in his own words.
Now I want to read it, even though I know it will piss me off!

I've got the kindle edition. Let me know and I'll loan it to you!

ETA: Oh, and I can't tell you how many times I rolled my eyes as he described the years before the murders with Nicole!

I just finished the A&E special. Very well done. Although I knew the criminal trial was effed up, I never appreciated how much until I watched the tapes and questioning from the civil trial.
